• Note 1: The sound system includes four Behringer B210D powered speakers, a Yamaha MW12c Mixer, and a  CD/DVD player (Revo DVP-867W). Black drapes on the sides and a black or white backdrop are also included. Lighting equipment is not included. There is an electricity use charge set at ¥100 per day for each 100w rating on equipment brought in.
• Note 2: In addition to the equipment in Note 1, a lighting system with a 12 channel two scene preset control board (Elation SceneSetter), 3 four channel dimmer packs (Elation DP 415) 8 flood lights, 3 mini pars, and a house light system is pre-set and ready to use. The operation of the system does not require technical expertise, but the renter needs to supply their own operator. On load in and load out days, the rate is ¥3,000.
• Note 3: In addition to the equipment in Note 2, an LED lighting system with 9 LED pars and 8 LED strip lights are added, as well as a projecotor if needed. Also, Ryogoku Bear’s technician (Lang) will work on the performance handling the lights and sound (rehearsal attendance, major lighting design adaptations are charged separately). On load in and load out days, the rate is ¥5,000.
• Note 4: Audience seating system (for up to approximately 40 people). The renter should have at least two people available to build the platforms with Lang’s assistance and instruction.
• Note 5: In contrast to standard studio rental, performance rentals require Ryogoku Bear staff to be on hand, requiring an additional basic charge. 
• Note 6: the front end of the 1st floor can be used as a box office on the days of the shows.
• Note 7: In addition, the rear portion of the 1st floor can be partitioned with a curtain and used as a dressing room.

*For reference, here are some sample plans for performing at Ryogoku Bear (Note that these charges are in addition to the rental charge for the studio itself)

Example 1
Load in on the evening before with 2 performances and load out on the day of show. Lighting Plan A, Audience seating Plan A. No use of 1st floor. All lighting equipment is brought in, and handling of tickets is done within the space. With careful planning, a very economical option.

Example 2
Day 1 evening Load in with four performances over two days and a load out on the fourth day. Lighting Plan B (renter provides operator), Seating Plan C (Ryogoku Bear assistance with seating riser set up), Use of 1st floor for dressing room and box office (renter handles box office).

Example 3
Day 1 evening Load in with four performances over three days with a load out on the evening of the fourth day. Lighting Plan C (supplemental equipment and operator), Seating Plan B (renter builds the risers), and use of 1st floor for dressing room and box office (renter handles box office).
